Counselling is a talking therapy that involves a trained therapist listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with emotional issues such as stress, depression, anxiety, an upsetting physical health condition and  difficult life events.

Psychology is the scientific study of the mind and how it dictates and influences our behaviour, from communication and memory to thought and emotion.
It's about understanding what makes people tick and how this understanding can help us address many of the problems and issues in society today.


The therapist can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes, and find your own solutions to problems.
